Your Business Nation Affiliate Partner Program Terms & Conditions

Introduction
Welcome to the Your Business Nation Affiliate Partner Program. By signing up as an affiliate partner ("Affiliate") with Your Business Nation ("Company" or "YBN"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please review this agreement carefully before participating.
Definitions
Affiliate: A person who promotes YBN packages and earns a commission
when a referred client purchases YBN services.
Program: The referral structure where Affiliates refer clients who purchase services from YBN.
Successful Referral: A referred client who has been billed and whose payment
has been received in full by YBN.
No Guarantee: Affiliates only earn commissions when a new client purchases
and pays for YBN services. There is no guarantee of earnings.
FTC Compliance: YBN adheres to all advertising and disclosure regulations under the Federal Trade Commission. Affiliates must follow these same guidelines. YBN is not responsible for any non-compliance or legal action related to an Affiliate’s independent marketing activities.
Enrollment in the Program
To become an Affiliate, you must complete and submit the Referral Form on the YBN Affiliate Partner Portal. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. YBN may accept or reject applications at its sole discretion.
Referral Process
After submitting a referral, the Affiliate must inform the referred party that YBN will reach out within 24 hours. YBN will then contact the referral to discuss relevant services and potential projects.
Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a 10 percent commission on the final sales price,
including any applicable setup fees.
Commissions are paid monthly for 12 months following the first sale.
YBN may increase the commission by 5 or 10 percent depending on
the number of monthly sales and the type of services sold.
Commissions are calculated only after YBN receives full payment from the referred client.
Payment Terms
Payments are made directly to the Affiliate’s PayPal account.
Affiliates must provide a valid PayPal email address.
Payments are processed once per month, typically by the 10th of the following month.
Affiliates are responsible for all taxes associated with their commission payments.
If a referred client cancels or requests a refund, YBN may adjust or withhold the related commission.
Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates must:
Provide accurate and truthful information at all times.
Avoid false or misleading marketing or claims about YBN services.
Comply with all laws, regulations, and FTC guidelines for affiliate marketing.
Protect client and company information and maintain confidentiality.
Operate as an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of YBN.
Termination
YBN may terminate an Affiliate’s participation at any time, with or without cause, by providing 7 to 14 days’ notice.
Commissions for confirmed and paid referrals prior to termination will be honored, provided no breach of these terms occurred.
Modification of Terms
YBN reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant updates by email or through the Partner Portal. Changes will take effect 15 days after notice. Continued participation indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
Limitation of Liability
YBN is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. The total liability of YBN shall not exceed the total commission paid or payable to the Affiliate under this agreement.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute or claim related to this Program shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, by an independent third party. Each party shall bear its own costs and fees unless otherwise agreed.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
